Chocolate Sharer Dessert

A simple, indulgent, heavenly chocolate treat

  • St Pierre Tear & Share Brioche with Chocolate Chips
  • Chocolate frosting
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate chunks


  1. Slice the brioche tear & share with chocolate chips in half horizontally
  2. Place the top half to one side
  3. Add a generous helping of chocolate frosting to the bottom half of the brioche
  4. Spread the frosting evenly to the sides
  5. Replace the top half and drizzle with chocolate sauce
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks for decoration
  7. Slice and serve
